Midland County Warrant Records Midland County Warrant Records

Midland County keeps warrant information in more than one place, and the offices do not all answer the same question. The 75th District Court publishes the county's open warrant list, the Sheriff's Records Bureau keeps agency reports and jail records, and MiCOURT holds public case information from Michigan's courts. The state's Law Enforcement Information Network stays closed to the public. This site gathers the addresses, phone numbers, and request steps for each of those offices so a reader can start at the right one instead of checking a single source and stopping there.

Why We Built This Site

Warrant information in Midland County is public, but it sits with offices that serve different purposes. The 75th District Court keeps the only public open warrant list in the county, and that report covers the court's Traffic and Criminal Departments only. It is not a countywide, statewide, or federal record. The Midland County Sheriff's Office publishes records, jail, court security, and Crime Stoppers pages, but no searchable warrant database. Felony matters that move past a district court preliminary examination continue in the 42nd Circuit Court, while probate and juvenile matters stay with the Probate and Juvenile Court. Federal cases for this county are handled in the Eastern District of Michigan through the Bay City location. Michigan keeps its criminal-justice data in a restricted system, so there is no public statewide warrant search to fall back on.

A reader who checks one of those offices, finds nothing, and stops can walk away with the wrong answer. That is the gap this site is meant to close. Each page explains which office holds which record, what the search actually asks for, and what the result does not prove.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Michigan court, the Midland County Sheriff's Office, or any state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:

  • We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
  • We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant in any system
  • We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
  • We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a courthouse walk-through
  • We cannot give legal advice or say how a specific warrant applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or listing here is current at this moment

Only the court that issued the warrant can confirm whether it exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from the court.

Search Partners

Some pages here include search boxes powered by outside companies. Those companies set their own prices and run their own services. When a tool leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee, and that revenue helps keep this site free to read. We do not control what those tools charge or what they return. A partner result is not an official warrant check, and it is not a substitute for a call to the 75th District Court Criminal Department.
